Kovaleva on the "Kirov Culture Park": "They take a long time to get going."
During the meeting of the Duma, deputy Vladimir Malkov asked the head of the city, Elena Kovaleva, what she thinks about the recently established institution "Kirov Culture Park": "Have they managed? Or do we need to take some steps?..". Kovaleva replied that, in her opinion, the institution is very slowly getting to work: "They are taking a long time to get started." She suggested that the reason is the insufficient staffing. "I currently have mixed feelings about their work," Kovaleva added. "I'm not saying that this work is unnecessary. But for now, I can't assess it positively or negatively. I can only say that the setup of this institution is taking too long. We need to act more actively." In the end, she promised that the authorities would monitor the "Park."
