The Kirov branch of "Energosbyt Plus" has begun checking the readiness of the housing stock for the upcoming heating season. Specialists have already inspected 1,873 out of 4,276 apartment buildings in Kirov, Kirovo-Chepetsk, and Slobodskoy.
As a result of the inspection, 539 buildings received confirmation of readiness for winter. In these buildings, management companies and homeowners' associations completed the necessary work, and specialists from the thermal inspection confirmed the quality of the preparation.
The company noted that buildings that are not prepared for the heating season and do not receive a readiness certificate may face consequences. Management organizations risk administrative responsibility, as well as possible revocation of their license to manage apartment buildings.
As explained by Maxim Flenko, the technical director of the Kirov branch of "Energosbyt Plus," preparing internal heating systems helps ensure a stable temperature in apartments during winter and avoid unnecessary heating costs.
Before the start of the heating season, management companies need to carry out a comprehensive set of works. This includes flushing heating systems, hydraulic testing, equipment adjustment, restoring thermal insulation, checking common household metering devices, and ensuring the proper functioning of regulating valves.
