Passengers of canceled flights from Kirov to Mineralnye Vody were left without ticket exchanges.

      The airline "Azimuth" responded to a request from the editorial office of Newsler.ru regarding the cancellation of flights between Kirov and Mineralnye Vody, which affected departures from July 23 to August 30, 2026.

      As reported by the company, the reason for the cancellation was a schedule adjustment. The carrier did not mention any other reasons.

      Passengers who have already purchased tickets have been sent notifications about the flight cancellations. Instead of an alternative flight, they have been offered to process a refund. However, ticket exchanges for other flights, including those with layovers, are not provided.

      "Azimuth" also explained that the refund timelines depend on the bank that issued the card used to purchase the ticket.

      It is worth noting that earlier passengers reported being in a difficult situation due to the flight cancellations. In particular, some residents of the Kirov region were unable to return home from Mineralnye Vody on time and were forced to independently seek alternative routes.

      At the same time, the airline noted that they are considering the possibility of resuming flights between Kirov and Mineralnye Vody, but specific timelines have not yet been announced.
