The Prosecutor's Office of the Darovsky District conducted an inspection of compliance with traffic safety legislation. During it, a 32-year-old local resident was identified, who holds a driver's license, while being diagnosed with epilepsy.
The supervisory authority noted that driving by citizens with medical restrictions poses a real threat to traffic safety, can lead to accidents, and cause harm to the life, health, and property of citizens.
The Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit in court. The court recognized the claims as lawful and justified and revoked the man's access to operating vehicles. The enforcement of the decision has been put under control.
