As reported by residents of Kirov, there was a smell of burnt plastic in the area for some time immediately after the incident. Earlier, the governor of the Kirov Region, Alexander Sokolov, reported an attack on one of the city's enterprises. As a result of the incident, six people died, and another 26 were injured.
