"Kuprit" explained why garbage trucks do not always arrive on schedule.

The special equipment of the regional operator goes out on routes early in the morning. In one operational day, the garbage truck must manage to service between 80 to 120 container sites. Therefore, the logistics team calculates the routes in advance, but during the day, the schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

In "Kuprite," it was noted that traffic jams can shift the arrival time of the garbage truck. If the vehicle is delayed for an hour in one area, the visits to the next container sites are also postponed.

Moreover, the route has to be changed due to road closures, repair work, and accidents. In such cases, the driver has to detour around obstacles, which also increases travel time.

Another reason is the rapid filling of the garbage truck's body. If the equipment fills up earlier than planned, it has to head to the landfill, after which the route continues.

The regional operator emphasized that the crews work until the last bin is full to collect waste from the maximum number of container sites. Residents of Kirov were also asked to understand the early appearance of special equipment and possible changes in the schedule.
