A Kirov student stole a "Lada" and couldn't return it.

      A resident of Kirov reported to the police about the theft of a VAZ-11183 car. The evening before, she had parked the car near her house on Pотребкооперации street. In the morning, she found it in another location with mechanical damage.

      Criminal investigation officers identified the suspect. He turned out to be a previously convicted 17-year-old student living in the same building as the victim. Late at night, he used a screwdriver to break the lock, entered the cabin, and started the engine. While leaving the parking lot, he lost control and collided with a parked car, after which he continued driving.

      Later, a friend joined him. Together they tried to return the stolen car to its place, but it wouldn't start. The young men had to push the car by themselves.

      A criminal case has been initiated under part 1 of article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft). All circumstances of the incident are being established.
