In the Kirov microdistrict of Ozerki, the construction of a kindergarten at 13A Torfyana Street is ongoing. It is being built as part of the comprehensive development of the area. According to the Ministry of Construction, the project is 52% complete.
Workers have already erected the building's frame and connected the engineering networks. They are currently finishing the facade work and conducting interior finishing. At the same time, landscaping is underway: verandas, playgrounds, and sports grounds are being created, and pathways are being laid.
According to the ministry, the work is on schedule. It is planned to be completed in November 2026.
It is worth noting that the two-story building will have 12 groups, music and physical education halls, a swimming pool, rooms for a psychologist and a speech therapist, spaces for clubs, and a kitchen. It will be able to accommodate 260 children.
