From July 16 to 20, 600 people took advantage of the retro trains that operated in the Kirov region. Tourists were offered two themed programs — "The Orthodox Pearl of Vyatka" and "The Provincial Capital of Romance."
The most popular route was Kirov — Yury. The retro train with the program "The Orthodox Pearl of Vyatka" was chosen by 480 passengers. During the trip, tourists learned about the history of the Vyatka region, and in Yury, they visited the Church of St. George the Victorious, the temple complex, and the holy spring in Velikoretsky.
Another 120 people traveled on the retro train from Kirov to Slobodskoy. The program "The Provincial Capital of Romance" was dedicated to the works of the writer Alexander Grin, who was born in this city.
