According to him, by 9 a.m. the water level in the Cheptsa River had dropped to 107.95 meters. This allowed the resumption of vehicle traffic on the bridge. However, only passenger cars can pass there for now — vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons are still unable to cross. In the comments, one user wrote that as of 3 p.m. on July 18, there were still prohibitory signs on the bridge, and the barricade blocks had not been completely removed. It is unknown whether they are still there now.
