However, only passenger cars can pass there for now — vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons are still unable to cross. In the comments, one user wrote that as of 3 p.m. on July 18, there were still prohibitory signs on the bridge, and the barricade blocks had not been completely removed. It is unknown whether they are still there now.
