A man was brought under administrative escort to the Lenin District Court for consideration of a case of petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation). In the courthouse, while waiting for the hearing and after it concluded, the man systematically violated the established order: he expressed himself rudely and profanely towards the bailiffs, ignoring their lawful demands to cease his unlawful actions. For this, the enforcement officer drew up three protocols against him under part 2 of article 17.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with lawful demands of a bailiff). The court imposed administrative fines on the violator for each incident.
