In the enforcement department of the Nagorsk district of Kirov, there was an enforcement proceeding against a local logging company. The basis was a court decision to recover a debt owed to a credit organization — the amount exceeded 15 million rubles. Due to the debtor's evasion of fulfilling obligations, the bailiffs seized a conveyor loader. The property was put up for forced sale; however, as a result of the auction, the forwarder was not sold. In accordance with the law, the creditor was offered to accept the unsold property in settlement of the debt. The credit organization agreed, and the enforcement officer transferred "Ponsi Elephant" to the creditor.
