      In Kirov, more than 300 violations of external improvement rules have been identified since the beginning of the year. This data was announced at an operational meeting with the head of the city administration, Vyacheslav Simakov.

      As reported by the heads of territorial administrations, the most common violations are related to parking cars on lawns, the emergence of spontaneous dumps, conducting earthworks without compliance with regulations, and improper maintenance of construction sites.

      In the Oktyabrsky district, for example, a construction company was fined 50,000 rubles for excavating at the intersection of Truda and Vladimirska streets, which was done in violation of regulations. The fine has already been paid. Another similar violation was identified at the intersection of Khlebzavodskaya and Moskovskaya streets. In addition, officials identified an organization whose equipment spilled concrete onto the roadway of Luganskaya street at the intersection with Dzerzhinsky street. Administrative measures will also be taken against it.

      In the Pervomaysky district, 52 cases of parking cars on lawns were detected over six months using a photo-fixation complex. For such violations, fines range from 3,000 to 5,000 rubles for individuals and from 50,000 to 100,000 rubles for legal entities.

      Separately, the administration reminded landowners of their obligation to combat Sosnowski's hogweed. For the untimely destruction of this dangerous plant, owners can also be held administratively liable.
