19% of Kirov residents are ready to follow the boss.
Every fifth working resident of Kirov is not averse to leaving the company along with the departing boss. Such conclusions were reached by analysts from the job search service SuperJob, who surveyed economically active city residents.
Of the 19% ready to resign, only 4% stated that they would definitely do so. Another 15% are more likely to follow the boss, but with reservations.
The remaining 81% are staying put. Almost half of the respondents (48%) lean towards not changing jobs, while a third (33%) do not consider the option of resigning at all—even if the boss leaves.
Interestingly, the decision heavily depends on age. The most loyal to the leadership are young people under 35: here, 26% are ready to leave. Among Kirov residents over 45, only 14% feel the same way.
Income levels also show a non-linear trend. The least likely to resign due to a change in leadership are those earning between 100,000 and 150,000 rubles—only 12%. Meanwhile, among those earning less than 100,000, the figure is higher—24%. And for those whose income exceeds 150,000, it is also high, at 21%.
