Yesterday and today, July 14 and 15, complaints from customers about the non-functioning app and the inability to access their personal account on the bank's website appeared in the T-Bank public group. People wrote that the problems are observed both in Russia and abroad. We asked residents of the Kirov region about this. It turned out that some have similar difficulties, and for those who were able to access the app, not all functions are working.
Initially, technical support did not provide any useful information — they either gave unnecessary advice on internet settings, asked users to send their full name and phone number, or directly denied the existence of a problem. For example, one customer received a response from support this morning: "We are not currently observing any widespread issues with the app or personal account." After some time, it seems the bank acknowledged the existence of the problem. Comments began to appear stating that specialists are aware of it and are already working on a fix.
