The seller has put up for sale an administrative and household building (AHB), referred to in the documents as Depot No. 2 of the second stage. The total area of the building is 2223.2 square meters, and it is located on a land plot of 2255 square meters with a cadastral number of 43:40:000170:261. The announcement states that along with this building, "other real estate and land" located on the base territory are also for sale.
In terms of its characteristics, the premises lean towards an office-warehouse format: ceiling height is 3 meters, the connected power capacity is 20 kW, there is central heating, and parking for freight transport is available. The contact person from the Joint Stock Company "ATP" is Igor Suntsov (ext. 232), and the announcement contains a note stating "documents verified."
The listing shows a symbolic price of 100 rubles — a standard practice for such platforms, where the seller prefers to discuss the actual transaction value in personal negotiations. This step by the enterprise has attracted attention against the backdrop of previous statements by the management. The author of the Telegram channel, former head of the Kirov ATP Denis Pyrlog, notes that the fact of asset sales was previously denied. According to his information, some premises have already found new owners.
A particular interest in this story arises from the operational aspect. The territory on Shchorsa Street is traditionally used for the inter-shift parking of trolleybuses — the so-called "lunch breaks" for drivers. Pyrlog points out that after the change of property ownership, this process may come into question.
At the moment, the Joint Stock Company "ATP" has not officially commented on how the sale of the AHB and other properties on Shchorsa will affect the logistics of the city's electric transport routes.
