In Kirov, police detained a 55-year-old man suspected of stealing from a garden house. The victim was a 71-year-old pensioner who reported the disappearance of personal belongings to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to the police, the perpetrator broke into the house on Vesenniy Street and took a crowbar, a pruner, two electric receivers, and an electric razor. The total amount of damage was 4,500 rubles. During the interrogation, the detainee explained that he had previously had a conflict with the pensioner and decided to teach her a lesson this way. He hid the stolen items with acquaintances in the same gardening association — the police seized everything and are preparing to return it to the owner. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed with illegal entry into a dwelling).
