A convict serving his sentence in correctional colony No. 5 in Kirovo-Chepetsk has been given the opportunity to spend his annual paid vacation with his family.
As reported by the press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Kirov region, the decision was made by the institution's commission. When considering the case, the man's behavior throughout his sentence, his attitude towards work, and his participation in the life of the unit were taken into account.
According to Anton Kolesnikov, the deputy head of IK-5, the convict has been repeatedly rewarded by the colony administration for his diligent work and has established a positive reputation.
Before his departure, the man was reminded of the rules of conduct outside the correctional facility. During the vacation, the colony staff will monitor compliance with all established conditions — for this, phone calls and checks at the place of residence are provided.
