New fire ponds are being built in four settlements of Kirov.
According to the city administration, 50-cubic-meter tanks will be installed near house No. 21 on Lugovaya Street in the Sosnovy settlement, on Yunosti Street in the Sergeyevo village, near house No. 6 on Sadovy Lane in the Chistyye Prudy settlement, and near house No. 5 on Novoporoshinskaya Street in the Poroshino village.
The construction management clarified that contractors have already begun work on most of the sites. Currently, preparations are underway for the installation of the tanks, and contracts have been signed for the supply of the necessary equipment.
All work on the construction of fire reservoirs is planned to be completed in August.
In addition, contracts have already been signed for the development of project and estimate documentation for the installation of additional fire reservoirs. They will appear on Klyukvennaya and Malinovaya streets in the Sergeyevo village, Kolokolnaya and Novaya streets in the Sosnovy settlement, Khvoynaya and Sovetskaya streets in the Chistyye Prudy settlement, as well as on Borovitskaya Street in the Poroshino village.
