The "Green EcoFest" once again proved: ecology is everyone's business.

At 27 thematic sites, hundreds of residents of Kirov gathered, who care about the future of their native region. One of the main attractions was the EcoCenter, where guests learned about the recycling process of secondary raw materials, were taught how to properly sort waste, and discovered how small eco-friendly habits contribute to a larger common cause.

The Minister of Environmental Protection of the Kirov Region, Timur Abashev, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.

"Environmental education plays an important role in preserving nature. Only by involving all generations in this work can we form a responsible attitude towards the environment. Ecology is everyone's business," the minister noted.

Today, caring for nature has long ceased to be the task of just ecologists. The "Green EcoFest" once again demonstrated that a wide variety of organizations and communities are getting involved in this work.

The regional operator thanks everyone who visited the site, asked questions, brought secondary raw materials, and proved that eco-culture is becoming the norm of life for an increasing number of people.
