Four months of strict regime: the Daryovsky court issued a sentence to the violator of supervision for leaving the region.
In the Darovsky district, a guilty verdict was issued against a local resident, found guilty under Part 1 of Article 314.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (evading administrative supervision). The 36-year-old man violated the restrictions imposed on him by the Verkhnekamsky District Court back in April 2022 — immediately after his release from prison. According to the court's decision, the supervisory measures against the defendant were in effect until 2027. However, in August 2025, the supervised individual, disregarding the requirements, left the Kirov region for the Nizhny Novgorod region. This fact was classified by the supervisory authorities as evasion from administrative control. The Prosecutor's Office of the Darovsky district supported the state prosecution. The court agreed with the prosecutor's position and, taking into account the presence of previous convictions, determined the punishment to be 4 months of imprisonment to be served in a strict regime correctional colony. The defense attempted to challenge the decision by filing an appeal and pointing out the excessive severity of the sentence. Nevertheless, the higher court upheld the guilty verdict, recognizing it as lawful and justified. After the verdict came into force, the convicted individual was escorted to the correctional facility under guard.
