In the Malmyzh district, they plan to take a loan of 17.38 million rubles. The initial contract price is 5.59 million rubles, and applications are accepted until July 8. The loan facility is valid from October 1, 2026, to July 31, 2028 (or 670 days).
In the Verkhnemamonsky district, they will take a loan of 20.4 million rubles. The initial price was 3.41 million rubles, and the winner was the participant who offered to provide the service for 3.39 million rubles. The loan must be repaid within 12 months.
In the Luzhsky district, they want to take out a loan of 18.53 million rubles. The initial price is 3 million rubles, and applications are accepted until July 10. The loan facility is valid from August 1, 2026, to August 1, 2027.
Earlier, we reported that the Belokholunitsky district also plans to take a loan of 35 million rubles. The initial price is 12.7 million rubles. The loan facility is valid for 731 days (2026-2028).
