The school on Torfyana will be completed by "ARSO".

      Yesterday, June 30, the Ministry of Construction announced the signing of a contract to complete the construction of a school for 1,100 students with a swimming pool and a sports complex on Torfyana in Kirov. Let us remind you that the contract with the first contractor was unilaterally terminated by the authorities. After that, they found additional funds in the regional and local budgets and began searching for a new contractor.

      Meanwhile, the state procurement website reports that the work will be carried out by JSC "ARSО". The company offered to complete the school for an amount equal to the initial contract price (over 1.08 billion rubles). No one else applied for this competition.

      The work must be completed by July 2027. The documentation states that the contractor must involve subcontractors from among small business entities or socially oriented non-profit organizations for 30% of the contract price.

      The contract also states that the work must be carried out continuously. The warranty period will be: for elements and structures of the building, engineering systems, and finishing - five years, sanitary-technical equipment - two years, installed technological equipment - according to the manufacturer's warranty (but not less than one year), landscaping, greening, and other works - two years.

      It should also be noted that the customer (MБУ "UKS") stipulated in the contract the contractor's obligation to provide remote monitoring of the construction progress on the internet.
