A motorcyclist who collided with a "Grant" has died in a Kirov hospital.
Yesterday, June 30, a fatal traffic accident occurred in our region. According to preliminary data, at 10:40 on the 16th kilometer of the Southern bypass of Kirov, a "Lada Granta" car collided with an IMZ motorcycle. The drivers were a 46-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man, respectively. The motorcyclist was hospitalized with severe injuries and later died in the hospital. A 73-year-old passenger of the "Granta" was also injured. An investigation is underway regarding the traffic accident.
It is worth noting that nine traffic accidents occurred in the Kirov region within 24 hours. In the Urzhum district, a 63-year-old drunk moped driver was injured, in the Kumen district — a 66-year-old motorcyclist, in Kirovo-Chepetsk — the drivers of two cars (a 39-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man), and in Kotel'nich — a 44-year-old scooter driver and his 9-year-old passenger.
