The specialized department of bailiffs for the Kirov region (Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia) has completed the collection of tax arrears from an individual entrepreneur. The amount to be transferred to the country's budget was about one million rubles.
The debtor did not fulfill their obligations within the timeframe established by law, which gave the bailiff grounds to apply enforcement measures. During the execution proceedings, the agency employee discovered that the entrepreneur was a recipient of payments under an auto insurance contract due to a traffic accident.
The bailiff issued a ruling to enforce the debtor's property rights and sent it to the insurance company. After receiving the document, the insurer transferred the insurance compensation not to the entrepreneur directly, but to settle his tax obligations. As a result, nearly 1 million rubles were received as revenue for the Russian Federation.
