      The administration of the Belokholunitsky district is looking for a credit organization that will provide the municipality with a non-revolving credit line to finance the local budget deficit. It should be noted that a non-revolving credit line means that the borrower can take from the bank exactly as much as specified in the contract, and the credit limit will not renew even if the spent money is returned.

      The starting price is 12.7 million rubles. The funds are allocated from the local budget. The application period for participation in the competition will last until July 14. In total, the authorities want to obtain a loan of 35.3 million rubles, according to the documentation published on the state procurement website. The funds will be provided within 60 days from the date of the contract conclusion, and the term of the credit line is 731 days (2026-2028). Monthly interest will be charged, calculated based on the key rate of the Bank of Russia and the bank's margin.
