According to the Ministry of Transport of the Kirov Region, today at 5:00 PM, road workers completed the restoration of the washed-out section, after which traffic was fully resumed.
Recall that the day before, due to prolonged rains, several areas of the Kirov Region suffered damage to the roads. One of the most problematic sections was the Zuevka — Falenki highway, where water washed away the roadway.
On the morning of June 25, authorities reported that the main work on this section had already been completed. Later, Governor Alexander Sokolov stated that traffic was planned to be opened at 5:00 PM. As a result, the road workers managed to fulfill their promise within the established timeframe.
