The "Unified Credit Bureau" published the top 50 regions of Russia by the volume of issued preferential mortgage loans. In this ranking, the Kirov region took 42nd place.
In May 2026, residents of our region were issued 245 preferential mortgages totaling 1.31 billion rubles. The average check was 5.35 million rubles, and the average term was 326 months. For comparison: in April, there were 262 such loans for 1.38 billion rubles, the average check was 5.28 million rubles, and the average term was 333 months.
Over the month, the number of preferential mortgages decreased by 6%, and the volume decreased by 5%. Their share among all mortgages taken by residents of the region was 38% by number and 58% by volume.
In the first five months of 2026, residents of our region were issued 1.35 thousand preferential mortgages totaling 6.91 billion rubles. There are 1.2 such loans per 1,000 people. The average check for this period is 5.14 million rubles, and the average term is 327 months.
