In the Kirov region, the cadastral value of 752 thousand land plots will be assessed.
Starting from January 1, 2026, a state cadastral assessment of all land plots in the Kirov region, the information about which is contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, has begun. A total of 752,487 plots are included in the list.
The assessment is being conducted for the first time using the federal state geographic information system — the national spatial data system (NSDS). This allows for the integration of all stages — from data collection to the approval of results — into a single technological process based on current information.
The decision to conduct the assessment was made by the Ministry of Property Relations of the Kirov Region. The results will be applied starting January 1, 2027.
Land plot rights holders can submit declarations regarding the characteristics of real estate objects to eliminate errors in determining cadastral value. This can be done in person, online, or by mail.
