In Darovsky, a pensioner was stabbed with a shovel and left to die in the yard of his house.

      On June 17, a report was received at the "Darovskoye" police station about the discovery of the body of a man born in 1961, with no visible signs of violent death. However, a forensic examination revealed broken ribs and internal organ damage. An investigator from the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov region has opened a criminal case under part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of serious harm to health resulting in death).

      As a result of operational-search activities, the circumstances of the incident were established. In one of the houses in the village of Darovskoye, the victim was drinking alcohol with three people. During the feast, he had a quarrel with a previously convicted woman born in 1969. In the heat of the conflict, she inflicted bodily harm on the pensioner with a shovel. After that, the man was laid down in the yard of the house, where he died.

      By court decision, the accused has been taken into custody until the investigation is completed.
