The school renovation project in Omutninsk was completed four years after the assignment.

      At a government meeting, Governor Alexander Sokolov reminded about the instruction from 2022 regarding the renovation of the children's art school in Omutninsk. It became known that only the project is needed to obtain funding. The head of the municipality reported that the project was developed in 2025, and then it underwent state expertise for a long time. On Friday, a meeting was held with the contractor and representatives of the state expertise, and it was revealed that a positive conclusion is expected within the next three weeks. All comments have been addressed at this point. Sokolov was outraged: "It lay on the shelf for four years, on Thursday they said, everything started moving in one day. It turns out it can be done when there is a desire." The Chairman of the Government, Mikhail Sandalov, noted that in such cases, the issue is often not the lengthy state expertise, but that the deficiencies in the project are addressed within three to four months. "This thing needs to be removed," he expressed his opinion. "Then everything will work out."
