      The bailiff conducted the necessary verification activities. Within the framework of the enforcement proceedings, official requests were sent to credit organizations to identify the debtor's accounts and funds, as well as to registering authorities to establish the presence of movable and immovable property. Additionally, information was requested about the man's place of work and income level.

      The citizen was officially notified of the initiation of enforcement proceedings, a deadline was set for voluntary repayment of the debt, and the consequences of non-compliance with the requirements were explained in detail: property seizure, travel restrictions abroad, and deductions from income.

      Despite this, the man did not take any steps to voluntarily repay the debt. Then the bailiff issued a ruling on the temporary restriction of the debtor's right to leave the Russian Federation.

      This measure proved to be effective. When the man began planning a trip abroad and faced the impossibility of crossing the border, he promptly reconsidered his position. The debtor repaid the entire amount of the debt in full, including the accrued enforcement fee.

      The press service of the regional GUFSIN emphasized that travel restrictions remain one of the most effective measures of influence on debtors. In this case, it was this tool that prompted the citizen to comply with the law's requirements.
