Houses with significant wear will not be included in the "Vyatskie Dvoriki."

At the government meeting, the implementation of a new program called "Vyatskie Dvoriki" was discussed. Authorities announced that in 2026, 300 projects will be selected, with their implementation planned for 2027-2029, and 1 billion rubles allocated for this purpose. It is planned to improve at least 1,000 courtyards.

Residents of houses, representatives of management companies, homeowners' associations, and local authorities can participate in the project. The focus is on houses that are not recognized as emergency, with the wear of the main structures not exceeding 70%.

The decision to participate in the project must be made at a general meeting of the residents of the house. It is also necessary to prepare a design project and a local estimate. When developing, existing engineering communications and the requirements of resource supply organizations must be taken into account.

Projects costing up to 1 million rubles will be implemented without funds from residents; for more expensive projects, they will have to invest, but they will receive more points in return. Additional points will also be awarded if a participant of the Special Military Operation resides in the house or if the project is socially significant. Projects that do not win this year will receive preferences in the future.

After preparing the project, it will be necessary to prove its demand — for this, votes from residents will be required (the more, the better). Then, the competition commission will review all applications. The implementation of projects will take place from April to August. Funds will be placed in special treasury accounts, and they cannot be spent on other purposes.
