The driver of "Gordormoststroy" fell from a ladder and sustained a traumatic brain injury.

      The incident occurred during the loading of asphalt concrete mix into a vehicle. The driver needed to monitor the filling level of the body, but there was no safe way to do this — he had to use the technical ladder platform. To see the process, the man was forced to stand on the railings, which, as it turned out, were not high enough to prevent a fall.

      During the investigation, the State Labor Inspectorate identified other violations. The management did not ensure proper control over the work being carried out, did not conduct training and knowledge checks on labor protection within the established timeframes, nor did they provide workplace instruction.

      "Based on the established circumstances, the commission classified this serious accident as an industrial accident. In connection with the identified violations, the issue of holding the responsible individuals administratively accountable is being considered," said A. D. Loginov, Deputy Head of the State Labor Inspectorate.
