On June 10, 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor issued a ruling to hold JSC "Izhevskoye" administratively liable. The Pizha enterprise was fined under part 1 of article 10.8.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation.
The basis for the fine was the results of a scheduled inspection conducted in May of this year. JSC "Izhevskoye" is engaged in the maintenance of cattle, the production of raw milk, and dairy products. During the control activities, inspectors found that some untreated by-products of animal husbandry were stored outside the specialized area - the manure storage facility.
In addition, the inspectors recorded that the manure storage facility itself did not meet established standards: there was no monolithic concrete covering, and there were no curbs and ditches for draining excess moisture on one side.
The identified violations were classified as non-compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Veterinary Medicine," the Federal Law "On By-Products of Animal Husbandry," and the Requirements for the Handling of By-Products of Animal Husbandry. The ruling on the fine came into legal force on June 10, 2026.
