The OMON "Vyatich" fighters summarized the results of the two-day exercises storming the building.

      In the Kirov region, intensive tactical training for the personnel of the OMON "Vyatich" of the National Guard Administration for the region has been completed. Over two days, the special forces honed their skills in conditions as close to combat situations as possible.

      The training program included situational shooting with various types of firearms. Fire contacts were practiced not only during the day but also in limited visibility conditions — at night. In addition to firearms, the fighters used mounted and handheld grenade launchers.

      A separate and important block was the fight against aerial targets. Special attention during the training was given to defeating unmanned aerial vehicles of a conditional enemy. Both types of targets were practiced — multirotor and fixed-wing drones. According to the results of the exercises, all of them were successfully hit.

      Alongside firearms training, the National Guardsmen engaged in tactical medicine. The personnel practiced self-aid techniques for injuries, as well as methods for evacuating casualties from the battlefield.

      The culmination of the two-day intensive was the storming of a building where, according to the legend, conditional terrorists were hiding. The operation was based on the coordinated work of two assault groups, which entered the facility almost simultaneously. The first group, using a ballistic shield, breached the central door with a shaped charge and began clearing from the first floor. The second task was carried out by the high-altitude specialists: they climbed onto the roof, also used a shaped charge to blow out a window, and entered from above.

      Thanks to the synchronized actions of both groups, the conditional criminals were quickly neutralized. The storming successfully concluded the two-day training program of the Kirov OMON "Vyatich."
