More than 972 million rubles have been allocated from the Social Fund budget for these purposes.

      The mechanism for receiving funds is established through direct interaction between medical organizations and the SFR branch. Clinics monthly form and submit to the Fund registers of employees entitled to the additional payment. After these documents are received, the money is credited to the recipients' accounts within seven working days. The transfer is made to bank cards of the Mir payment system or to settlement accounts, the details of which are submitted in advance by the employer.

      The amount of the payment is not fixed for all specialists. It is calculated individually and depends on three factors: the employee's position, the type of medical organization, and the population size of the locality where they work. For example, the maximum threshold for doctors working in cities and villages with a population of up to 50,000 people is 50,000 rubles. In localities with a population of 50,000 to 100,000, this threshold decreases to 29,000 rubles, and in cities with a population of over 100,000, it drops to 18,500 rubles.

      At the same time, the SFR branch emphasizes that not everyone receives even the established maximums. The final amount directly depends on the actual workload of the specialist—it is calculated proportionally to the hours worked relative to the monthly norm of working time. The higher the workload, the larger the payment due within the approved limits.

      The agency stresses that this support measure is part of a systematic state policy aimed at strengthening the human resources potential of healthcare and enhancing the prestige of the medical profession. Additional incentives help retain experienced specialists in the regions and make the sector more attractive for new personnel. Ultimately, this directly affects the availability and quality of medical care for residents of the Kirov region.
