A driver without a license and documents was caught by the National Guard in Kirov.
Recently, around noon, patrol officers noticed a parked "VAZ-2107" in the forest park area on Podgornaya Street. Approaching the driver, the National Guard officers introduced themselves and asked to see documents — identification, driver's license, and vehicle papers. The young man was unable to provide anything. During the check, it was revealed that he had been repeatedly detained by law enforcement for driving without documents. The detainee was handed over to the State Traffic Inspectorate for further investigation.
