Preliminary information suggests that the man drowned while swimming in an area that was not equipped for water recreation. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded that it is safe to swim only at official beaches, where the bottom has been surveyed, swimming boundaries are marked, and lifeguards are on duty. Rescuers also urge residents not to enter the water while intoxicated, not to leave children unattended, and not to stay in the water for too long to avoid hypothermia and cramps.
