This applies to both different cars and, for example, a car and a motorcycle owned by one person. Currently, insurance is tied to a specific vehicle. This system is convenient if there are several drivers in the family and one car, and it is proposed to keep it as an alternative. However, if a person has both a car and a motorcycle, they have to pay for two policies, even though their liability is the same. The innovation also legalizes the services of "sober drivers" and parking attendants. Currently, they are often involved in violations since they are not included in the car owner's policy.
