It became known that the Pervomaisky District Court granted the ministry's lawsuit for the liquidation of the dump. The waste is located on a land plot owned by the company "Fuel Resources." The company did not voluntarily take measures to clean up the garbage, which is why the matter went to court.
The court sided with the Ministry of Ecology, ordering the dump to be eliminated by September 1, 2026. In case of non-compliance with the decision within the deadline, a penalty will be imposed.
