The bath complex "Avalon" has been temporarily closed in Kirov.

      The court issued a ruling to secure the claim, which includes the suspension of the complex's operations until the violations are rectified. In accordance with the enforcement of the court order, the bailiff of the First May District of Kirov immediately initiated enforcement proceedings. The debtor—the owner of the bath complex—was served an official demand to immediately cease operations of the facility. The bailiff held an explanatory conversation with the representatives of the establishment, detailing the steps to lift the restrictions. The enforcement agency staff cleared the premises of the bath complex of the people present and sealed the doors. The fact of compliance with the requirements was recorded in an act. "Avalon" will be able to resume operations only after confirming the rectification of all identified violations and receiving a positive conclusion from the regulatory authorities.
