The incident occurred in April of this year. Employees of the Kirov Transport Police Department noticed a girl near the railway tracks within the city limits. Her behavior seemed suspicious to the police, and her coordination was impaired. During a personal search at the duty station, the Kirov resident had a mobile phone confiscated, which contained information about the location of a stash. Based on the obtained coordinates, operatives went to the location and discovered a package with a prohibited substance. The examination confirmed that it was the narcotic "mefedrone" with a total weight of 1.03 grams. As the detainee explained, she paid for the purchase of the drug online for personal use without the intent to sell, after which she received the coordinates of the stash. However, she was unable to carry out her intention to completion — the illegal activity was stopped by transport police. The investigative department of the Kirov Transport Police has completed the investigation of the criminal case under part 3 of article 30 and part 2 of article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
