The television tower in Kirov will be "lit up" for Russia Day.
On Russia Day, June 12, the Kirov TV tower will be illuminated with festive lighting. The illumination will operate from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Moscow time.
As reported by the RTRS branch, the TV tower is the tallest engineering structure in Kirov, standing at 197 meters. The lighting system includes 36 projectors installed at several levels of the structure. In the evening, the tower will be illuminated in white light.
The festive illumination for Russia Day will appear not only in Kirov. Lighting will also be activated on TV towers in other cities across the country, including Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Novosibirsk, Saratov, Yaroslavl, and several other regions.
In Moscow, a themed video will be broadcast from the Ostankino TV tower in honor of the holiday.
