Bikalyuk joined the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
Albert Bikaluk, who has been listed as non-partisan in the regional Legislative Assembly since the summer of 2024, is running for elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF): he was found on the list of candidates participating in the "People's Candidate" project.
On the "Red Kirov" website, the CPRF launched its own version of the "preliminary voting" of United Russia (ER). The list includes candidates for deputies of the regional Legislative Assembly. Based on the results of the popular vote, which takes place from June 5 to June 15, the best candidates—those who receive the majority of votes—will be nominated for elections to the regional parliament.
In total, the list contains 34 candidates.
It is worth noting that Albert Bikaluk almost immediately after leaving the SR began to position himself as a "supporter of the CPRF."
