Rosobrnadzor will check the controversial tasks of the Unified State Exam in Russian language and literature.
Among the appeals received, including through the "Gosuslugi" portal, there is a complaint about the incorrect wording of task 2 in one of the versions of the Unified State Exam (USE) in literature (the exam took place on June 1). These materials have been forwarded to the Federal Institute for Pedagogical Measurements (FIPI), where the results of the task completion by participants will be studied.
Graduates also pointed out a typo in the word "позвала" in task 4 of the USE in the Russian language. The Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor) explained: in this task, words are presented in which examinees must match the highlighted stress with the modern literary norm. The stressed letter in the word "позвала" was highlighted, so the typo did not affect the ability to complete the task correctly.
In addition, the agency checked the assumption about the inconsistency of themes and texts in tasks with excerpts from O.M. Kuvaev and V.M. Sanin. Rosobrnadzor stated that the theme of the essay and the reference text correspond to each other. In Kuvaev's text about the work of geologists in the tundra, the question is raised: "What supports people who work in harsh conditions?" The author's answer is high goals, "a higher meaning." In Sanin's text about polar explorers who risked their lives to save the station, the problem "Is heroism possible in peacetime?" is one of the main issues.
Currently, the results of the exams are being processed as usual. Participants' responses to the specified tasks will be further analyzed at the federal level. If the problem is confirmed, the agency will make decisions to protect the rights of graduates.
Let us remind you that the USE in the Russian language is one of the two mandatory exams for obtaining a certificate. In the Kirov region, about five thousand graduates took it on June 4. To obtain a certificate, 24 points are sufficient, for admission to a university — 36, and for a certificate with honors — at least 70. The results will be known no later than June 22. In the Kirov region, about five thousand graduates took the USE in the Russian language. More than 19 thousand schoolchildren in the Kirov region are going to the exams. The last bell, anxiety, and the USE: a psychologist explained how graduates can cope with exams and not go crazy.
