Bondarev has joined the coordination council for interaction with the "Movement of the First."

      During a meeting in the government, the head of the region, Alexander Sokolov, announced that in order to enhance the effectiveness of patriotic education for the younger generation, Viktor Bondarev, the first deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security and the head of the regional branch of "Yunarmiya," has been included in the coordination council for interaction with the "Movement of the First," which he personally leads. Sokolov noted that this decision will help strengthen the work. According to him, Bondarev does a lot for the region, represents the interests of the area at the federal level, and supports the families of participants in the special military operation. The governor also shared that during a religious procession, one of the pilgrims thanked Bondarev for helping her husband with treatment, who was ultimately sent to a federal institution.
