The plot with a total area of 54.18 hectares is located in the Verkhoshizhemsky District of the Kirov Region. During the inspection using satellite images, data from the State Register of Real Estate (EGRN), and a drone, two violations were identified: a waste dump from wood processing production covering an area of 0.42 hectares and overgrown weeds and shrubs covering an area of 53.76 hectares.
On May 29, a notice was issued to the landowner — the municipality — to rectify the violations. The deadline for compliance is by October 20, 2026.
Failure to comply with the notice within the specified time frame is subject to administrative liability under Article 19.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation.
