City administration: you can drown in the pond by the circus

      In Kirov, residents were reminded of the ban on swimming in the ponds of Kirov Park. The park administration reported that there have been recent instances of people entering the water despite warnings.

      As explained by the institution, the ponds were created as part of the landscape design of the area and are elements of the park's architectural appearance. They are not designated as equipped places for water recreation and are not intended for swimming. The agency noted that neglecting safety rules can lead to injuries or other dangerous consequences.

      Kirov residents were also reminded to choose specially equipped beaches for water recreation. Additionally, adults were asked not to leave children unattended near water bodies.
