A resident of the Yuryansky district was punished for improper pig keeping.
In May, employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor conducted an inspection regarding a resident of the village of Verkhovino in the Yuryansky district, who keeps pigs. They decided to find out whether she had complied with a previously issued order. It turned out that the agency's requirements were not fully met. In particular, the walls and partitions of the premises where the pigs are kept are made of wood, and therefore are not resistant to the effects of disinfectants and increased humidity. In addition, there is no designated area for disinfecting manure, and the manure itself is lying near the premises where the pigs are located. Furthermore, the entrance to most of the premises is not equipped with mats for disinfecting shoes. Due to violations of the legislation, the woman was issued a repeated order to rectify the violations by January 2027. On May 29, she was held liable under Article 19.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation and fined.
